What is PKL?PKL is an app that allows you to find friends, play matches, track your history, and level up your PKL rating.

How is the PKL rating calculated?PKL uses a proprietary ELO scoring system. Match outcomes and rating changes are influenced by the starting ratings of the players. Over time, ratings will normalize based on performance.

How does my PKL rating get calculated initially?Every user starts with an initial PKL rating of 3. You can take an assessment to update your score based on your responses. Ratings are adjusted as you play matches, using a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest.

I can't get into my account. What should I do?If you're having trouble accessing your account, open the app and click on "Forgot Password" to receive an email link to reset your password. If issues persist, please contact support at support@pklgo.com.
